Dave
Sewell
Dave has called Prescott home for
more than 37 years. Having attended elementary through junior
college here, Dave really knows the people and places of Prescott and
the surrounding area. Although Prescott isn't the small town of
13,000 people that it was when
he and his family moved here, Dave still thinks it's the best place to
live
and raise a family. Dave is a husband, father, grandfather, Boy
Scout leader, Kiwanian, and community volunteer.
Background
Before becoming a realtor, Dave
spent 15 years in retail management with the JC Penney Co. He has
also worked as
a machinist, draftsman, survey crew member, and during college as
a full service gas attendant. Dave is an adult leader in Prescott's
original
Boy Scout Troop. He is a member of the board of directors for the
Prescott Kiwanis Club. His other interests include city
recreational
sports, adventure racing, and just enjoying the beautiful outdoors that
the Prescott area has
to offer. He owns and operates a hiking and biking guide service.
Dave
says
"Before I got into Prescott real
estate, I had been on both ends, that of buyer and seller on several
occasions. The
thing I learned most from these experiences was that some realtors
don't do what they say they will do. When I was a young boy my
grandfather told me 'All you have to do in life Davey, is DO what you
say you're gonna do.' Those words just about wrap up the way I
operate. With honesty
and integrity."
