Background
     Before becoming a realtor, Dave spent 15 years in retail management with the JC Penney Co.  He has also worked as a machinist,  draftsman, survey crew member, and during college as a full service gas attendant. He has been involved in the community as a Boy Scout leader, Past President of Kiwanis, and on many different Boards of Directors.  His other interests include city recreational sports, mountain biking, adventure racing, and just enjoying the beautiful outdoors that the Prescott area has to offer. He owns and operates a hiking and biking guide service.

Dave says
     "Before I got into Prescott real estate, I had been on both ends, that of buyer and seller on several occasions.  The thing I learned most from these experiences was that some realtors don't do what they say they will do.  When I was a young boy my grandfather told me 'All you have to do in life Davey, is DO what you say you're gonna do.'  Those words just about wrap up the way I operate.  With honesty and integrity."
